PensionSync is uniquely placed to provide payroll-to-pensions support. You can submit a support ticket to us on our Support Page.

Additional criteria
Please also include the following criteria to enable our support team to help you:

  • Are there any affected pension submissions? If so, please enter the date the data was submitted.
  • Are there any affected employees? If so, enter their full name and employee ID (usually their payroll reference)
  • Add any additional details that may assist us in our investigation, including the username you use to log in to PensionSync.
