We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Flexible File Upload service, which opens up our one-stop-shop payroll-to-pension administration platform to users of ANY payroll software.
This means that any payroll bureau using any payroll software can sign up to use the PensionSync Dashboard, even if your software doesn’t have an in-built PensionSync integration.
Our Flexible File Upload tool accepts standard pension data files which are widely available to export from payroll software products, and crucially it accepts them in bulk. If you are a payroll bureau processing files for dozens or even hundreds of clients you can simply drag and drop ALL your pension files into the secure PensionSync upload portal, reducing your processing time from days to almost no time at all. Here’s a video showing, in real time, 25 pension files being processed through our Flexible File Upload tool in around 45 seconds. The example uses Smart Pension, but the system can be used in exactly the same way with Nest, The People's Pension, Aviva, Legal & General and NOW:Pensions.
Contact our team to sign up for your 3 month free trial here. Signing up takes seconds, and with our online user guidance, you can be processing your clients’ pensions in no time.
The connection between PensionSync and each individual employer’s pension scheme is managed through a secure Authorisation Gateway which checks you have the required level of clearance within the pension provider’s own system and creates a secure connection. Setting up the connections is a one-time process, and can usually be done in bulk so even if you have hundreds of clients it won’t take up much of your time.
The PensionSync Dashboard gives you a helicopter view of all your clients’ pension schemes so you can easily see which ones are up to date and which ones have any outstanding actions. Detailed submission histories are stored in PensionSync and can be viewed on screen or exported as a report as required.
Any pension errors are reported clearly, and common errors and fixes are documented in the PensionSync Help Centre. PensionSync’s expert support team are on hand to help with anything out of the ordinary - we’re experienced pension administration professionals and there are very few scenarios we haven’t come across before!
PensionSync’s subscription plans start from just £5 per month, and for payroll bureaux can be as little as £1 per client per month meaning the system pays for itself many times over in time-savings alone.

No more fiddling around with templates, and no more manual keying of data. Sounds good, doesn’t it?
